Declaration That Land Held for Conservation Purposes Becomes a Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land in the Schedule hereto shall hereinafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Act and shall form part of the Castlepoint Scenic Reserve.

Reserves Act 1977

Amendment to Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wellington, hereby amends the notice entitled Classification of Reserves and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 November 1989, No. 201, page 5763, by deleting the First Schedule and substituting in its place the following First Schedule.
