In the matter of the Partnership Act 1908, and in the matter of Margaret Pamela Fowler, Steven Allan Fowler and Allan John Cooke:

Take notice that in accordance with section 39 (2) of the Partnership Act 1908 this notice is to advise of the dissolution of the partnership known as Fowler Cooke & Co, such partnership having been dissolved on 31 January 1994.

The partnership is dissolved due to the retirement of Margaret Pamela Fowler. A new partnership will trade under the style of Fowler Cooke & Co with the principals being Allan John Cooke and Steven Allan Fowler, effective as from 1 February 1994.

Take notice that as from 16 October 1993 the partnership between Loma Beverley Boggs and Teresa Madaline Savidan trading as Coopers Crossing Lunchbar has formally dissolved.

Notice is hereby given of the registration at the Auckland Companies Office on the 14th day of February 1994, of the order of the High Court of New Zealand made on the 29th day of November 1993, confirming the reduction of the share capital of Manning Investments Limited to $300.00 divided into 300 ordinary shares of $1.00 each of which 300 fully paid up ordinary shares have been paid.
