Notice of Voluntary Winding up Resolutions

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Licitator Corporation Limited:

Notice is hereby given that after delivery to the Registrar of Companies on the 17th day of February 1994 of declarations of solvency, pursuant to the provisions of section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company passed the following resolutions as special resolutions on the 18th day of February 1994:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily.

That Craig Hamilton Stobo of Auckland, funds manager, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company."

By the 10th day of March 1994, the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
