Land at Penbury Street Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City

51 square metres, being part Lot 55 on Deposited Plan 753; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 19122, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.

Dated at Christchurch this 10th day of February 1994.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road—Ohuka Road, Wairoa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road, and shall vest in The Wairoa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares:

(i) Areas 1 and 2 (now known as Sections 5 and 3, S.O. 6737 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/313.

(ii) Area 3 (now known as Section 6, S.O. 6737), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/312.

(iii) Areas 4–11 inclusive (now known as Section 1, S.O. 6737; Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 6636; Section 1, S.O. 6635 and Sections 1 and 4, S.O. 6634 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/314.

(iv) Areas 12 and 13 (now known as Sections 1 and 5, S.O. 6637 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3D/357.

(v) Areas 14–20 inclusive (now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 6636; Sections 2, 5 and 6, S.O. 6634 and Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 6633 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3C/1078.

(vi) Areas 21 and 22 (now known as Section 2, S.O. 6632 and Section 1, S.O. 6631 respectively), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 124/11.

(vii) Area 23 (now known as Section 1, S.O. 6632), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3C/518.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under Section 119 (1) and further declares:

(i) Areas 1–3 inclusive (now known as Section 2, S.O. 6737; Section 4, S.O. 6637 and Section 6, S.O. 6636 respectively), shall vest in certificate of title 5D/314.

(ii) Area 4 (now known as Section 4, S.O. 6636), shall vest in certificate of title 3C/1078.

(iii) Area 5 (now known as Section 1, S.O. 6633), shall vest in certificate of title 2B/200.

(iv) Area 6 and 7 (now known as Section 3, S.O. 6632 and Section 2, S.O. 6631 respectively), shall vest in certificate of title 124/11.
