Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that the pieces of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, and the land taken in the Second Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 38596, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19A/932, subject to Joint Family Home notice H. 957325.3 and to memorandum of mortgage H. 957325.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Stopped Road and Land Taken in Kaipara District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 17th day of November 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 23rd day of November 1989, No. 207, page 5860, declaring stopped road and land taken in Kaipara District to be vested, pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the words “be vested in Russell Grant Salisbury of Maungaturoto, builder and Gaylene Joyce Salisbury, his wife,” and the words “memoranda of mortgage B. 710488.5 and B. 710488.6, North Auckland Land Registry” and adding to the
