Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken at Clarendon in the Clutha District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:
(1) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1, and shall vest in the Crown on the 15th day of December 1994.
(2) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:
(i) The area marked “C” on S.O. Plan 24121, shall vest in Petrus Johannes Joseph van Betuw, manager, and Hendrika Maria van Betuw, housewife, both of Dunedin.
(ii) The areas marked “D” on S.O. Plan 24121, “Q” on S.O. Plan 24122 and “W” on S.O. Plan 24123, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15D/483.
(iii) The areas marked “X”, “Y”, “U” and “V” on S.O. Plan 24123, shall vest in A K & S L Bayne Limited, a duly incorporated company with its registered office at Balclutha.
(3) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15D/483.
