Amending a Notice Acquiring Land in Hamilton City for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of August 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 August 1994, No. 83, page 2591, acquiring land in Hamilton City for the purposes of a road by:

(a) Deleting “H. 353545” from the land firstly described and substituting “H. 353544” and

(b) Deleting “H. 353544” from the land secondly described and substituting “H. 353545”.

Land Acquired and Land Set Apart in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Parts II and III of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for accessway and shall vest in the Whakatane District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for service lane and shall remain vested in The Whakatane District Council.

Land Declared Road and Road Stopped in Waipa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59271, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27C/1310, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 922159.1, South Auckland Land Registry.
