Road Realignment at Glenthorne Station, Lake Coleridge

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in Selwyn District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and the fee simple estate shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 38C/435 Canterbury Land Registry.

Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares:

(b) The portions of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2D/1100.

(c) The portions of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/1321, subject to memorandum of mortgage 142471.

(d) The portions of stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9B/1209 subject to memorandum of mortgage 341629.2.
