Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

On 30 November 1994 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Kinga Developments Limited be liquidated voluntarily and that Alfred Robert Saunders of Hart Saunders, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 5 December 1994.
