Road Realignment (Pahiatua Track) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, and vested in the Palmerston North City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25A/669, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and memorandum of mortgage B. 034963.7.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20D/542.

(iii) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 735/73.

(iv) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39C/411.

(v) The areas described in the Sixth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 20D/540.

(vi) The areas described in the Seventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 549/210, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 296675.4.

(vii) The areas described in the Eighth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43C/272, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 318285.3.

(viii) The areas described in the Ninth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43C/271.
