Sub Lieutenant L.J. Gillman: the notice published in the Gazette, 16 July 1992, No.110, p.2447, is cancelled and the following substituted: "The seniority of Ensign L.J. Gillman is post-dated to 14 July 1991 with effect from 31 May 1994; to be Sub Lieutenant with seniority and effect from 14 July 1994".

INACTIVE LIST OF THE ROYAL NEW ZEALAND NAVAL VOLUNTEER RESERVE
Captain George Darvel Hill, R.D., V.R.D., M.SC.(AGR.) is placed on the Retired List of the RNZNVR, with effect from 2 July 1994.
The appointment of Lieutenant Commander C.C. Wynn is extended until 28 February 1998.
Lieutenant R.C.E. Derrett is transferred to the Active List of the RNZNVR from 18 April 1994 until 29 November 1994.

Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito Amendment Notice 1994
Pursuant to sections 155 (8) (b) of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, the Group Manager Implementation, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito Amendment Notice 1994.

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

The notice entitled, “Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito”, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 24 January 1991, No. 11, page 194, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5, and substituting it with the following clause:
"5 Constitution of the Board of Trustees—The Board of Trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Rito shall comprise:
(a) kia tokorima nga maatua o te kura (5 elected parent representatives)
(b) te tumuaki (the principal)
(c) he kaiawhakaako (a staff representative) and
(d) not more than four persons co-opted by the Board".

Dissolution of Board of Trustees
Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Weymouth Centre School Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement and disharmony amongst the trustees and I hereby dissolve the Weymouth Centre School Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to act in its place.
