(a) I have delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 231(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1955;

(b) I am seeking to have the company removed from the Register, pursuant to section 293(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1955, on the basis that I have completed my duties as liquidator of the company and the company is ready to be removed from the Register;

(c) Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be lodged before 30 December 1994.
