Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on 18 November 1994, an application for putting Fragro Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 15 December 1994 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Notice of Resolution for Members Voluntary Winding Up and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Tamamutu Developments Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 29th day of November 1994, the following special resolution was passed by the company:

That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.

Notice is further given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Tamamutu Developments Limited (in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 23rd day of December 1994, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
