Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

South Canterbury Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered offices at Timaru, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of November 1994, it appointed Sidney Thomas Dobbs of Dunedin and Kenneth William Fergus of Dunedin, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of the property of Cowles Liquor Wholesale Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 30th day of June 1994, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Cowles Liquor Wholesale Limited.
