Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a State Secondary School in Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of May 1991, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 May 1991, No. 76, page 1687, acquiring land in Waitakere City for a State secondary school pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description the certificate of title number “9A/121” and inserting the number “9A/1121”.
