I hereby give notice of my intention firstly to issue new or provisional instruments of title in place of those declared lost and described in Schedule A below and secondly to register change of name B. 404395.2 and thirdly to register transfer merger of lease B. 406713.3 without production of the duplicate instruments referred to in Schedule B below upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
