Notice of Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 (section 213 of the Companies Act 1955), and in the matter of Directions Group Limited (in liquidation and trading as Buyline):

On the 23rd day of November 1994, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 (section 211 of the Companies Act 1955), that Directions Group Limited (trading as Buyline), be liquidated and that Graeme George McDonald and Kerry Thomas Stotter, chartered accountants of KPMG Peat Marwick, be appointed as liquidators.

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at the New Zealand Society of Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street on the 6th day of December 1994, commencing at 9.00 a.m.

Business:

The business to be transacted at the meeting is:

(i) Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors.

(ii) Consider whether to appoint other liquidators in place of the present liquidators.

(iii) Consideration whether to pass resolutions setting out views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
