Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

On the 4th day of November 1994, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Abel Staples (N.Z.) Limited be liquidated voluntarily and that Shane Hussey, chartered accountant of Anthony N. Frankham, Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 15 November 1994.
