Notice of Appointment of Receivers

In the matter of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of Landon & Brown (1989) Limited:

Take notice that we, Alastair James Gibson, chartered accountant of 8 Carter Drive, Rotorua, and Kenneth Franklin Iles, chartered accountant of Mokoia Road, Ngongotaha, have this 18th day of November 1994, been appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Landon & Brown (1989) Limited.

The receivers address is at the offices of Messrs Iles Casey, Pacioli House, 21 Hinemoa Street, Rotorua.

The property in receivership includes all the company’s undertakings, all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, including its unpaid calls and its uncalled and unpaid capital, present and future.

Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, gives notice that he was appointed receiver of income of the property at 325 Stanmore Road, Christchurch by the Bank of New Zealand as mortgagee under mortgage A. 103821/4 (Canterbury Land Registry) on 9 November 1994.

Harbour Inn Seafoods O Kahungunu Limited (in receivership)

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

At the request of the directors of the company, Anthony George Lewis of Wellington and James Terence Taaffe of Napier, both chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of Harbour Inn Seafoods O Kahungunu Limited on the 22nd day of November 1994 by Bank of New Zealand under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The Receivers’ Office Address Is: Coopers & Lybrand, corner of Raffles and Bower Streets, Napier.
