Wine Makers Levy Act 1976

Rate of Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 (Notice No. 5386; Ag. 4/54/21)

Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976, and after having regard to the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of One Dollar and Forty Cents ($1.40) per hectolitre or part thereof as the rate of grape wine makers levy to be levied on the grape wine sold by persons who held a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 June 1994.

This Notice shall come into force 14 days after the date of publication.

Dated at Wellington this 28th day of November 1994.
