Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Severed by Road—Makaretu Road, Central Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne;

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 117 (7), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares;

i. The road marked J, S.O. 7733 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title P4/1197, subject to mortgage 600831.4.

ii. The road marked K and N, S.O. 7733 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title F1/133, subject to mortgage 490998.2.

iii. The road marked L, S.O. 7733 pursuant to section 117 (7) shall be amalgamated with the land held for the A’Deanes Bush Scenic Reserve held in certificate of title K1/1269.

iv. The road marked M, S.O. 7733 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title M3/1298, subject to mortgage 524308.6, charging order 555012.1 and statutory land charge 572460.1.

v. The road marked O, S.O. 7733 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title G1/967, subject to mortgage 490998.2.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be taken under section 119 (1) and further declares;

i. Area marked E, S.O. 7733 shall vest in certificate of title F1/133, subject to mortgage 490998.2.

ii. Area marked F, S.O. 7733, shall vest in the A’Deanes Bush Scenic Reserve held in certificate of title K1/1269.

iii. Area marked G, S.O. 7733 shall vest in certificate of title M3/1298, subject to mortgage 524308.6, charging order 555012.1 and statutory land charge 572460.1.

iv. Area marked H, S.O. 7733 shall vest in certificate of title G1/967, subject to mortgage 490998.2.

Pursuant to Part VII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier;

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Central Hawke’s Bay District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 117 (7), declares that the road in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares;

i. The area marked D (now known as Section 50, S.O. 8959) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A4/996, subject to mortgage 456641.1.

ii. The area marked E (now known as Section 60, S.O. 8959) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V1/133, subject to mortgage 587804.5.

iii. The area marked F (now known as Section 61, S.O. 8959) shall be added to the scenic reserve held by *New Zealand Gazette* notice K. 310806.1.
