Roderick Thomas McKenzie, with reference to Eades Drycleaning Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of November 1994, at the request of Eades Foodstores Limited, appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, whose office is at the Eighth Floor, National Mutual Building, 7–21 Fizherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated 10 September 1992.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
