Revocation and Replacement Notice—Land Acquired in Connection With a Road in Port Chalmers

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby revokes the notice dated the 1st day of August 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 August 1986, No. 123, page 3318 (registered as Gazette notice No. 662605), and replaces with:

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with a right of way created by transfer 71356, is hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day of August 1986.
