Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Termination of Dumping Investigation: Aluminium Tread Plate From Italy

Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I hereby give notice of the termination of the investigation to determine both the existence and effect of alleged dumping of aluminium tread plate from Italy (‘the goods’), as described in the Notice of Initiation of Dumping

Investigation of 6 October 1994 (New Zealand Gazette, 13 October 1994, No. 105, page 3086).

I am satisfied, as a result of investigations carried out to date, that in respect of the goods, there is insufficient evidence that material injury to the New Zealand industry has been or is being caused or is threatened by means of the dumping of the goods.
