Take notice I, Donald James Ibell of 6 Murano Place, Birkenhead, Auckland, the company secretary of Mr Carpet Limited, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at New Plymouth for a declaration of dissolution of the above-named company and unless there are written objections lodged with the District Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the date of this notice, the company will be dissolved.

Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies must remove Lodge Furneau 1989 Limited (in liquidation) whose registered office is situated at Blenheim from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 16th day of January 1995 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.

Take notice that Bitumix Limited, being a member of Emoleum (N.Z.) Limited (an incorporated company having its registered office at 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington), intends to make a request to the Registrar of Companies under section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, that Emoleum (N.Z.) Limited be removed from the Register on the ground that that company will have no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 211 of the Act for an order putting the company into liquidation.

Any objection under section 296 of the Act to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 15 December 1994 (being 28 days from the date of publication of this Notice).
