Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 5 November 1994 when the members appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Stephen Mark Lawrence, liquidators, jointly and severally, in accordance with section 211 (2) of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 8 November 1994, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, that Rofox Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Bruce R. Sheppard and Greg N. Rathbun of Auckland, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
