Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and the firstly and secondly described areas to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 263/241 (limited to parcels) and the land thirdly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. A1/718.

Declaring Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in the Clutha District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Otago Regional Council on the 10th day of November 1994.
