Realignment of Road at Martins Bridge, Cave—Pareroa Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 23rd day of September 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 29th day of September 1994, No. 98 at page 2985, by omitting from the First Schedule, reference to ‘2574’ and inserting ‘3574’.

Pursuant to Section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for Road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
