Maori Land Court Sittings—Maori Appellate Court Sittings 1995

Notice is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Land Court and Maori Appellate Court will be held during the year 1 January 1995 to 31 December 1995 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date thereof in the case of the Maori Appellate Court) will be notified in the relevant Panui. If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in the Panui.

All Court sittings will commence in Wanganui. For dates asterisked (*) above, the Court will adjourn, if necessary, to Hawera, New Plymouth, Taumarunui and Turangi. Otherwise the Court will adjourn, if necessary, to Palmerston North, Levin and Wellington.

The date and commencement for each sitting outside Wanganui will be notified in each Panui.
