The Whangamata RSA Club (Incorporated)

On the 20th day of October 1994, at an extraordinary general meeting, Whangamata RSA Club (Incorporated) resolved to confirm an earlier resolution on the 11th day of September 1994, that the said club be liquidated and that Richard Butler Lusk of Whangamata, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of October 1994.
