Pursuant to Sections 279 (1) and 280 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Take notice that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company, will be held at the offices of Jeff Meltzer & Associates, Sixth Floor, 17 Albert Street, Auckland, on the 24th day of November 1994 at 10.00 a.m.

Business:

Presentation of statement of assets and liabilities of the company, and report from the liquidator that in his opinion, the company is unable to pay its debts in full within 12 months from the commencement of the winding up.
Presentation by the liquidator of proposals for the realisation of assets and payment of liabilities.
The present liquidator is Jeffrey Philip Meltzer of Jeff Meltzer & Associates. The creditors may, if they wish, appoint a person to act as liquidator instead of, or jointly with, the present liquidator.
General business.
