Notice of Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that E G O Products (Aust) Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Christchurch, ceased to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 31st day of December 1991.

The business continued to trade from that date as E G O Products (NZ) Limited.

The business will continue to trade as IMC Development Corporation Limited.
