Public Notice of an Application for a Company to be Removed from the Register

In the matter of section 295 (c) of the Companies Act 1955 (“the Act”), and in the matter of Wholesale Pattie Supply (1986) Limited:

Take notice that Christopher Charles Granville Bradley, and Colin Gordon Powell, being all of the shareholders in Wholesale Pattie Supply (1986) Limited (“the company”), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 5 Homestead Drive, Mount Wellington, propose to request the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Act, upon the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.

Any notice of objection to such application made pursuant to section 296 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, not later than the 29th day of November 1994 (being the date which is not less than 28 days after the date of this notice).

It is recorded that this application is being made for the purpose of reorganisation of a group of companies and is not a reflection of the creditworthiness of the company or its shareholders.

Notice of Intent to Seek the Removal of a Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Eden Manufacturing Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office situated at the Fourth Floor, Barclays House, 70 Shortland Street, Auckland:

In terms of section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, we hereby give notice that we propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the company to be removed from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Act.
