Consent to the Distribution of a New Medicine

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:

Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand

Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, the Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit Bateman Coutts & Bruce Advertising Pty Limited, Sydney, Australia, on behalf of their client, Kelloggs (Aust) Pty Limited, to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule as a sales promotion scheme for Kelloggs Nutri-Grain.

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:—

(1) Bateman Coutts & Bruce Advertising Pty Limited, shall not conduct the lottery within New Zealand after 31 August 1994;

(2) The results of the lottery shall be published in the Dominion Sunday Times on 18 September 1994; and any New Zealand winners shall be notified by certified mail;

(3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to extra cost as a result of winning a prize. Any freight, customs, handling or delivery charges, and any insurance costs for freight or theft or of prizes coming from outside New Zealand will be met by the promoting company;

(4) The promoting company undertakes to replace at no extra cost to the winners any prizes that are damaged before reaching the New Zealand winners;

(5) A New Zealand participant shall have a chance of
