Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (road) reserves over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

845 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 97037. All certificate of title 50C/1047.

916 square metres, more or less, being Lot 6, D.P. 97037. All certificate of title 50C/1048.

Both situated in Block III, Otahuhu Survey District. Both subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Dated at Auckland this 15th day of October 1994.

Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Tureiti Hoani Retimana.

All those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Whangaparaoa Survey District and described as follows:
