International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Korean Air to include a note referring to the ability of the airline to carry its own stop-over passengers between Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with effect from 11 November 1994.
