On the 5th day of October 1994, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Companies Amendment Act 1993, that Three Point One Limited (in voluntary liquidation and formerly trading as New Zealand Doctor Newspaper Limited) be liquidated and that Roger Eric Spearman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of October 1994.
