Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Longwood Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereto in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 7D/996, subject to existing encumbrances.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and declares that:

(i) The land firstly, secondly and thirdly described be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 7D/996, subject to existing encumbrances.

(ii) The land fourthly described to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title A2/355, subject to existing encumbrances.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereto in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area firstly described shall be added to the adjoining Crown land reserved from sale.

(ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 9C/746, subject to existing encumbrances.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be added to the adjoining Crown land reserved from sale.
