Ronald Mark Fredrickson, Alan Howes Turner, Alan Graham Ward and Ducol Holdings Limited (“the debenture holder”), hereby give you notice that on the 24th day of December 1993 it appointed Graeme Law Ingham and Donald Raymond Russel, chartered accountants, both of Tauranga, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets charged by the debenture dated December 1993 given by Forest King International Company Limited in favour of the debenture holder.
The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is Tauranga Realty House, Durham Street, Tauranga.
