Revoking a Notice Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in the Papakura District

Pursuant to section 191(8) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Defence hereby revokes the declaration dated the 13th day of September 1983, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 September 1983, No. 156, page 3162, authorising a secondary use of land in the City of Manukau, pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981.
