Take notice that I, Peter John Dennehey, solicitor of Hastings, a member of Tyrone Farm Limited, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Napier for a declaration of dissolution of the said company by reason of the fact that the company has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities except those to its members.

Unless there are written objections lodged within 30 days of the first publication of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.

Notice of Intention to Apply for a Declaration of Dissolution

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Achilles Foam Limited, Crescita Investments Limited, Bien Enterprises Limited and Servitor Productions Limited:

In terms of section 335A of the Companies Act 1955, I, Clifford John Veerbeek of Wellington, company director of the above-named companies, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland for a declaration of dissolution for each of the companies and unless there are written objections lodged with the said District Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the date of the publication of this notice, the companies may be dissolved by the District Registrar.

The companies are non-trading entities and the applications for dissolution are to be made for the sole purpose of group restructuring and reorganisation. The operations previously conducted by Bien Enterprises Limited and Servitor Productions Limited have been divisionalised into Dunlop Flexible Foams Limited.
