Law Practitioners Act 1982

Order for Striking Off Practitioners Name From the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors

In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1955, and in the matter of Sanerivi Muli'aumaseali'i:

Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of May 1993, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:

1. That the name of the practitioner, Sanerivi Muli'aumaseali'i, be struck off the roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand;

2. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1,116.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of an incidental to the inquiry by the tribunal;

3. That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $14,000.00 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that society.
