Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (g) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on the 22nd day of June 1993, cancelled the registration of Canterbury Frozen Meat Co Ltd Belfast Employees Sick and Accident Benefit Society, at the request of the society.

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (f) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on the 12th day of May 1993, cancelled the registration of the Nelson District, Ancient Order of Foresters, because the district has ceased to exist.

Advertisement of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of Court Aorere, a branch of the Nelson District of the Ancient Order of Foresters, unless within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Court commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
