The notice in New Zealand Gazette, No. 78 on page 1458, dated 2 June 1993, showing that Lincoln Road Chapel Childcare Centre Incorporated was dissolved on 27 May 1993, should have read that Lincoln Road Bible Chapel Childcare Centre Incorporated was dissolved.

I, Mohan Alex Paul, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that that declaration dissolving the Te Rapa Social And Recreation Club Incorporated HN. I.S. 214106, was made in error and that that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
