Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Saltwater Fishing Tours NZ Limited (in liquidation), which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 6th day of July 1993, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

The notice with the above heading which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 79, page 1437, notice No. md4470, dated the 2nd day of June 1993, incorrectly fixed Wednesday, the 23rd day of February 1993 as the last day for receiving proofs of debt in the liquidation of Gordon Scott Limited (in liquidation). Because of this error the date now fixed as the last day for receiving proofs of debt is Monday, the 19th day of July 1993.
