Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986

The Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1993 (No. 5245)

Pursuant to regulation 2 of the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986*, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby makes the following notice:

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Gisborne Licensed Concession Fish Packing House) Notice 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires, terms and expressions used in this notice shall have the same meaning as in the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986.
Licensed Concession Fish Packing House—The following licensed fish packing houses are hereby designated as licensed concession fish packing houses for the purposes of processing or possessing or sale of Gisborne Concession Area male spiny rock lobster or male spiny rock lobster tail:
