Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.
Notice

This notice may be cited as the Bay of Plenty Fire Districts Notice 1993.

This notice shall come into force on the 5th day of July 1993.

This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for the Fire Districts listed in the Schedule.
Constitution of Fire Districts
- The Urban areas of the towns listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into Fire Districts.
