Roger John Horrocks as a Member of the Broadcasting Commission for a period of 3 years from 1 June 1993, pursuant to section 46 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989; and

Joanne Robin Morris as a Member of the Broadcasting Standards Authority for a period of 3 years from 1 June 1993, pursuant to section 26 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 1989.
