Notice of Retirement of Partners

In the matter of the Partnership Act 1908, and in the matter of Connell Rishworth Gerard, barristers and solicitors of Whangarei:

We, J. J. C. Shepherd, J. R. Luxford, R. G. P. Tapper, R. M. J. Urlich, L. J. MacBrayne, G. McN. Phillips, R. G. Whiting, N. F. McNab, J. Kilpatrick, G. T. Winter and L. J. Postlewaight, previously practising as barristers and solicitors at 113 Bank Street, Whangarei under the name of Connell Rishworth Gerard, hereby give notice that R. M. J. Urlich, N. F. McNab and J. Kilpatrick have retired from the partnership as at the 31st day of March 1993.

Note: This notice is under section 39 (2) of the Partnership Act 1908.
