Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Ulrich Aluminium Company Limited, 33 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland on Wednesday, the 30th day of June 1993 commencing at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.

Business:
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as a special resolution:

That clause 3 of the memorandum of association of the company be deleted entirely with the intention that the company have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person including the powers set out in paragraphs (a) to (h) of subsection 15A(1) of the Companies Act 1955.

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to pass by an entry in the minute book of the above-named company as provided by section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, in lieu of a general meeting of the members of Plastic Treatments (North Shore) Limited, the following special resolution:

That the memorandum of association of the company be altered by omitting clause 3 thereof and consequently renumbering the remaining clauses thereof and that the company shall henceforth have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person including (without limiting the generality of the foregoing) the powers referred to in subsections (a) to (h) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955.
